These terms govern the use of RaraWin by all registered players. By creating an account, depositing funds or claiming any bonus, a player accepts the conditions set out below in full. RaraWin reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, with material changes communicated to registered players by email.

Eligibility

RaraWin is available exclusively to players aged 18 or over. Registration requires accurate personal details including full legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid email address. Providing false information during registration may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any balance held. Players who have previously self-excluded from RaraWin or from any UK-facing self-exclusion scheme are not permitted to register a new account for the duration of their exclusion period. Attempting to circumvent an active exclusion by registering under different details is treated as a breach of these terms.

Account Rules

Each player may hold only one active account. Duplicate accounts, whether created under the same or different personal details, may be closed and any associated balance forfeited. Accounts are non-transferable and may not be shared between individuals. Players are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and should not disclose passwords to any third party.

RaraWin may suspend or close an account where fraudulent activity, bonus abuse or a breach of these terms is suspected, pending investigation. Where an account is closed due to confirmed fraud or abuse, any bonus funds and related winnings are void.

Deposits and Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible, in line with standard anti-money-laundering practice. Where this isn’t possible, RaraWin may request an alternative verified method. Processing times vary by method and are detailed on the review page, though RaraWin does not guarantee delivery times controlled by third-party payment providers or banks.

RaraWin does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees on standard methods. Third-party providers, including card issuers or e-wallets, may apply their own charges independently of RaraWin.

Bonus Terms

The welcome bonus and any subsequent reload or free spins promotions are subject to the following conditions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Wagering requirement: 35 times the combined deposit and bonus amount before any withdrawal of bonus-related funds.
• Contribution rates: slots contribute 100% towards wagering, live dealer tables contribute 10%, and crash games contribute 20%.
• Time limit: wagering must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited, after which unwagered bonus funds and related winnings are removed.
• Maximum stake: £5 per spin, hand or round while any bonus funds remain active on the account.
• Excluded games: jackpot slots and any titles explicitly listed as excluded on the promotions page do not contribute to wagering.
• One bonus per household, verified by address, device and payment method, applies to all welcome offers.

Placing bets that create no meaningful risk to the player’s balance while a bonus is active, commonly referred to as pattern betting or bonus abuse, may result in the removal of bonus funds and associated winnings, and in repeated cases, account closure.

RaraWin provides account tools including deposit limits, loss limits, wager limits, session time reminders, a temporary cooling-off period and permanent self-exclusion, all accessible directly from account settings. Severability
